实在没想到一个简单的疾病居然就有了这么多的测序数据及分析数据所有的数据都在:http://www.type2diabetesgenetics.com/
About the data
This portal contains results from genetic association studies of type 2 diabetes, including projects that used exome sequencing, exome arrays for low-frequency variants, and SNP arrays for common variants (GWAS). The portal also contains results from GWAS meta-analyses of 24 other traits. To learn about the datasets, choose a consortium or collection below.

Exome sequencing results from ~10,000 people (half T2D cases, half controls) from five ethnic groups (African-American, East Asian, South Asian, European, and Hispanic). The results are part of a joint analysis of ~13,000 exomes with the GoT2D consortium.

Exome sequencing results from ~3,000 people (part of a joint analysis of ~13,000 exomes with T2D-GENES), and a meta-analysis of exome array results from ~35,000 T2D cases and ~51,000 controls, all of European ancestry.

Whole exomes from 1,794 type 2 diabetes cases and 1,962 non-diabetic controls (3,756 total) of Mexican or Latin American descent, analyzed with T2D-GENES and GoT2D exomes for a joint study of almost 17,000 samples. GWAS data is also available for the exome sequencing cohorts and 4,458 other participants, also of Mexican or Latin American descent.

GWAS results from 12,171 cases and 56,862 controls, all of European ancestry. DIAGRAM-3 is one of the largest T2D genetics datasets currently available. The DIAGRAM consortium also contributed data to the large exome chip analysis available on this portal.
GWAS
meta-analyses
Harmonized results from large genome-wide association studies of 25 traits, most of them cardiometabolic. Available information includes p-values, direction of effect, effect size, and minor allele frequency. Not all information is available for all traits.
