IPA软件的pathway跟kegg的有什么区别呢?

我查到了Provided below is a list of canonical pathways currently available inIPA (updated 5.16.2013)
而5.16.2013的KEGG可以从KEGG的update里面看到,KEGG的pathway很明显数量要比IPA少一些,不知道overlap怎么样,大家可以自己试着总结一下。
我先放出IPA的pathway给大家,因为这个比较难找到的,但是KEGG是公开的。
