求助关于STAR的几个参数设置问题：

--alignSJoverhangMin 5（default）

--Help注释：int>0: minimum overhang (i.e. block size) for spliced alignments

--alignSJDBoverhangMin 3（default）

--Help注释：int>0: minimum overhang (i.e. block size) for annotated (sjdb) spliced alignments

--alignSJstitchMismatchNmax 0 -1 0 0（default）

--Help注释： 4*int>=0:maximum number of mismatches for stitching of the splice junctions (-1: nolimit).

(1) non-canonical motifs, (2) GT/AG andCT/AC motif, (3) GC/AG and CT/GC motif, (4) AT/AC and GT/AT motif.

不太清楚spliced junctions alignments涉及到的minimum overhang以及mismatchesfor stitching of the splice junctions是什么含义，有清楚的大佬可以解答一下吗？关于这三个参数的意义，修改或提高默认设置值会对map的结果造成什么影响？谢谢！！！！！
