genotype imputation beagle5.1报错sos sos sos

各位老师打扰了，小菜鸡最近在做genotype imputation，使用了beagle.18May20.d20.jar (version 5.1)软件
命令行如下

-jar /home/xxbeagle5.1/beagle.18May20.d20.jar \
gt=/home/xx/beagle5.1/test/vcf/$1 \
ref=/home/xx/beagle5.1/b37.bref3/chr1.1kg.phase3.v5a.b37.bref3 \
out=/home/xx/beagle5.1/test/vcf/${1%.*} \
map=/home/xx/beagle5.1/map/plink.chr1.GRCh37.map


gt提取自wes的vcf中的chr1；
其中ref和map分别来自：
http://bochet.gcc.biostat.washin ... hase3.v5a.b37.bref3
http://bochet.gcc.biostat.washin ... link.GRCh37.map.zip

运行后出现如下报错

ERROR: Reference and target files have no markers in common in interval:
       1:10177-18871042

Common markers must have identical CHROM, POS, REF, and ALT fields.
Exiting program.

换个软件版本？
